I love this place. Always stop here on my way to and home from Vegas. It really gives you that 50's Diner experience. Food is always amazing and the pictures in the wall make it nostalgic. The girls are always courteous and check in making sure we have everything we need. The outdoor Dinosaurs make it a fun experience. Love this place. Thanks for sticking around!

A fun diner in my favorite town. Wonderful service and people who work there. The decor is everywhere and of everything lol But it adds to the charm of Peggy Sue's. It's average American diner fare which is not bad or anything but the fried pickles! That's worth the drive to Yermo alone! And I don't live nearby!

We always stop for a rest and great food at Penny Sue's! Our server was dressed 50s style and super sweet. The two scoop tuna salad is my main stay and so creamy fresh crisp lettuce and sliced tomatoes. Really hits the spot! Hubby gets the chicken fried steak breakfast with gravy, biscuits, curly fries and eggs some just the way he likes it. Stop on in, and come hungry!

Historical and iconic Peggy Sue's 50's Dinner is a must stop on your way or leaving Vegas. Overall, great experience. Came in for Breakfast. I ordered The Superman 10/10. We also ordered a stack of pancakes. All staff members were awesome and friendly. Fairly big restaurant with plenty of space. Tons of 50's memorabilia. The gift shop was cool, as well as, the dinosaur exhibit they had in the back.

On our way from Las Vegas to Redlands, Diane and I stopped in for a late lunch here. It was the second time we dined here. The food was very good, but I was more attracted to the strong collection of '50s rock 'n Roll memorabilia on display on almost every foot of available wall space. I opened with Deep Fried Dill Pickles, where I encountered several hot and crunchy pickle spears covered in breading. It was a large appetizer for one, but Diane doesn't eat pickles. So, I finished off the batch myself. Then I sunk my teeth through a good Patti Page Patty Melt filled with meat, onions, and one slice of orange cheese, and accompanied by very good Onion Rings and somewhat creamy homemade Potato Salad. My Patty Melt, like Diane's Buddy Holly Cheeseburger with Bacon, was more medium to medium well than medium rare as ordered. She had her burger with a double order of Naked Curly Fries that are served here, and enjoyed the hot French Fries. While I washed down my meal with a Diet Coke, Diane uncharacteristically ordered a Chocolate Shake with Whipped Cream, which she loved. Service by Sheila in a classic light green diner waitress outfit was good. And for dining here we were given a couple of free tiny Tootsie Rolls and berry-flavored hard candies from the candy store on premises. There is also a large assortment of Thrifty Ice Cream flavors and plenty of '50s-related merchandise available for purchase. Piped in 50's rock music played the entire time we were present. Nostalgia for a more innocent time reigns supreme here.
